4.0 Strategic and Market Analysis

4.1 Economic Outlook

This section of the analysis will detail the economic climate, the art industry, the customer profile, and the competition that the business will face as it progresses through its business operations. Currently, the economic market condition in the United States and UK is in recession. This slowdown in the economy has also greatly impacted real estate sales, which has halted to historical lows.

It takes some time for our organization to break into the market and gain acceptance especially from top profile clients in the already saturated and highly competitive industry.

Another weakness is that we may not have enough cash to pump into promoting our business especially via main stream media (TV, Radio, and Newspaper) the way we would want to.
